GENTRACE hired by FNB are clowns that harras and install fear into fnb Clients

Im currently paying for the Vehicle I have with FNB , however my account is in arrears, I have asked that they give me an arrangement for the Outstanding Arreas over a period of 12 months , Shelbah Sango ,who claims to be representing FNB ,is threatening to have the Car repossessed instead of assisting me , What exactly are we supposed to do as Clients , the vehicle I have been paying it since 2018,now that its close to finish ,FNB hires some Clowns called GENTRACE that want to reposes the vehicle.

I think they dont consider their clients and are extremely incosiderate , no matter how you explain yourself , all that these clowns want to do is impress themmselves ,and maybe get FNB to give them more business by harassing and installing fear into FNB Clients
