General lack of interest from FNB

Hello There!

My issue is with FNB connect. I am applying for a Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite, however according to FNB I do not qualify for a contract of R579pm. My salary has increased dramatically, yet this factor does not seem to help, I have also as an added measure paid off 95% of my credit card in hopes that they would review my application, but still no luck.

Tell me why is it that I qualify for an iPhone 12 at R1,409 per month with Vodacom and not with you guys at only R579 per month, I spend twice that amount on data a month. - Really curious....
