<p>I would just like the opportunity to Thank Gen Taylor for the great service provided today. I called First National Bank trying to get assistance but since 8am to 8:30am i was put through from pillar to post. I was transferred through to her branch and she took the time to call me back when we had a bad line, she just gave a lisening ear and was able to reslove my issue in less then 15 minutes. She called me back and even when she couldnt get me on my cell called my land line. GEN alot of your agents can Learn from you. Keep stuff like her FNB she changed my frown into a smile and gave you a five star rating.</p>
