Gave me over to barrett and associates

So barrett and associates phones me regarding my fnb credit card and wants me to make payment. Firstly I make my payments, 2ndly there was no communication with me at all from anyone at fnb stating I was going to be handed over to barrett and associates. So being a private clients client doesnt mean anything for you at fnb, why are they phoning me? There is NO reason what so ever for this, you are making decisions so much easier to go to another bank and be rid of you, this is totally unacceptable from fnb, resolve this or matters will get worse as this will go to the papers and more than just hellopeter
