Gatvol with FNB inefficiencies

I just come from FNB 14th Avenue at Checkers Hyper and found that they have no more banking services there. I needed to withdraw and you have 1 lady consultant sitting and no one to assist or ask. Why was this never communicated to customers and we're now inconvenienced to go to Clear Water Mall. You should just close that office at hyper and rather leave the ATMS as at least they serve a purpose
