Gatvol with FNB

FNB ***** and customer service is the worse , I got a call that there is suspected ***** went to a branch as my app and card is blocked have not been assisted telephonically or face to face everyone just says I need to speak to Kathlego Mathlou who is never available the team leaders Riaan Cupido or Paula does not answer I spend 4 days at a branch 1 hour phone calls with no assistance emailed complaint department no response is anyone going to assist me and tell me what the hell is happening
