I didn't even want to give you a star!!!worst bank ever!!!giving the customer a the run around,then you have to speak to this and that department.we have been waiting over a month now,after numerous email and phone calls ,went to the nearest branch as well just to close the account get a pay up letter and get the money you owe!!!how difficult is this to do,and by every month that went by ,that still open account are subject to banking fees!!!!You owe me the money not the other way around!!!I'm G@tvol of this bank!!!
