gatvol for fnb

Saturday we were at FNB at Key West and what a disaster of a day and a waist of time. I have a personal loans at smart spent fnb and some how they deducted dibble money of my bank account which leaded to that some of my debit orders wont be going off but any way there where no one to assist me to help me at key west fnb all information that I got is to phone them so I walked out the bank and phoned fnb after I spent R200 airtime and spoke to six call centre people maby more they helped me , and said that the money will be reserved Sat. I made a plan to bank more money into my bank acc just to make sure my deb orders will go off , it's Sunday morning and there is still no money in my bank account this really pees me off!!!
