I was contacted to do my business FICA. I tried but could not do it on my laptop as my business account is loaded under my personal profile. I then started phoning as well as going onto Business profile secure chat. No joy. I then did it at my branch. 26 Aug. I started receiving messages via SMS and messages on my banking app. No joy and now they tell me again on secure chat to phone FICA on 087 number. I will no longer waste my time. Everytine I spend 45 minutes on my phone and still not sorted. Can someone please assist
