Gatvol!!!

I am GATVOL! After spending 3 plus hours on calls and chats im no closer to having my UNAUTHORISED DEBITS reversed. Supervisors and managers dont contact you back. Chat agents , especially Mannayna is unhelpful rude and make like they doing me a favour by working for FNB. I have never had such a bad experience with a bank. No one at this bank seems to care about the customer. But every month they want their service fees. So what service are you providing fnb? Coz clearly it aint one with the customer in mind.

I hope this review reaches the top level of fnb. So you can see what you are doing to your customers by appointing people who Are ***********.
