Garbage banking by garbage people

This isn't to ask you to fix anything because you lie and stall and then lie about stalling. I put my request through for a reversal on Thursday morning 9am. Friday afternoon 4:30pm you tell me you'll investigate. Your service is garbage. I'd like to swear but it'll get blocked. Even the vendor rep**** with an answer before my own bank and they have no reason to.
