Gangsters Paradise..

This thing about FNB and Covid 19 is the Bain of my existence. Every time I log into your app the interface has changes and again - you never do inform your clients of changes. I logged in to speak to "my team of bankers on to be told by a chat bot that I am number 458 in the queue". Brilliant. I understand that people are perishing but FNB and Takealot might actually **** me faster than Covid19. You guys need to sort out your relationship issues and keep us customers informed if you are having fights about spending e-bucks on with Takealot. This is quite frankly a gansters paradise and yourselves and companies like Takealot have a brilliant opportunity to force customer to rather purchase on credit or use our savings because e-bucks purchases are not going through. Initially the error said "Oops, something went wrong on the server side" today it says "Absolute limit 5000 exceeded." What is actually going on. I am not an alcoholic or an addict but even me I am going to start smoking cannabis (which is legal unlike cigarettes and alcohol at this stage) and suck on CBD oil because you guys are really annoying. I am not asking for favours, its my e-bucks I should be able to spend them. Why has everything become as difficult as beating blood out of a stone lately.
