Future Use withdrawal ****

Good day,

I have app**** for the Future Use Withdrawal.

I made a follow-up when I was notified that I need a letter from Foshcini stating if my account is in good standing(Only when I made a follow up, no one said anything). I have been sending the later so many times with no help.

This is unacceptable because even my personal banker is not able to assist as she keeps saying she is waiting for feedback. First I was given an email address to use, days later when I was following up I was told the email I used was incorrect. I used the secondly provided one, but I still have to go back and forth with consultants.

It is unfortunate that I am being sent from pillar to post like a little school boy in grade 1.

This is frustrating. I am not a child. Since 16 September and nothing has been done.
