Fusion Account and eBucks

Last year I was contacted to change my account to a Fusion account. They told me that I would earn more eBucks and the monthly fee would be less. They said that I had to take an overdraft, which I never wanted, but I agreed to R1000. Now I see on top of the monthly account fee (which is not less) I am been charged a Monthly Credit Fee of R69. I never go into credit. They never disclosed this when they told me to change to this account. On top of this I am no longer earning eBucks. When I phoned to ask what is happening they just said that I am no longer getting my monthly fee back in eBucks. Shocking after I was told that I would earn more eBucks. I am not happy.
