FURIOUS WITH FNB PERSONAL LOANS

I have a Persona with FNB and have been retrenched in May 2020 due to the Corona Pandemic. I contacted the bank to advise accordingly and sent all relevant documents for the insurance to payout. My insurance (FNB Life) approved and started paying for the loan since September 2020. Now as the insurance pays, the FNB Personal Loans department still deduct from my account ad I have the admin of having to call every time to reverse the debit. I am ****ed off because right now I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for my refund and I have kids to feed. They always promise 7 working days and always goes ways beyond that and I have to make a second call every time before it is refunded. I'm unemployed and have to fight over people not doing their jobs and stopping this debit order permanently as they should. I do not have time or the airtime to be spending on repeating myself. And instead I'm being offered and upgrade, how do I with such revolting service.
