I went to deposite money in my account and the machine said some notes are rejected and I called one guy who just took the slip and thn gave me a form to fill after tht no apology no nothing he just said i won't be getting my money that was my last money

21 May 2019, 22:03This is not acceptable as I got a call from one of your agent and she promised that my R600 has been payed in my bank account it will reflect soon. Waited the whole Day.Can I have my money back this was my last cent to keep me going until end of the month
