Funny Money at ATM

On Sunday , My son withdrew around R2000 from my Capitec Account at the FNB ATM in Lenasia and gave it to my mum. I am in Cape Town currently but apparently the money is stained. Really not sure how this gets loaded into the ATM . And I have an angry helper fighting with my elderly mum and there isn't anything I can to as I am in Cape Town Currently . Of the 2000 ,900 has some green ink on it
