Fu%#%ng useless

I always transfer my credit card installment before the due date. I have transferred on 28.02.2020 - Suddenly out of nowhere FNB decided to deduct another CC installment together with my Home Loan. So, double payment for February! When I enquired from FNB, I was told that the system has generated a debit order for my CC. What the F%#ck!!. You better explain yourself FNB. You will cancel that debit order and will transfer my money back into my Easy account without any charges. I am waiting for your feedback.
