Funeral Policy Still showing Arrears

Good day i am writing this review in regard of my Funeral policy that was paid manually FI*** i submitted proif of paymebt twice, called in the the callcentre spoke to an agent at fnb life to update and lift the arrears to no avail. I cancelled 1 family member on the policy and only myself and my spouse should be active at this moment. Fnb Life is NOT updating payments and clearing the arrears on my policy.
