Funeral policy double debiting AGAIN! FI***

I am so fed up with FNB insurance. Last month I wrote a complaint about their double debiting that they are doing and they refunded me my money but forgot to fix the error on their system. Question, how long will it take for you guys to fix this coz it looks like every month I will have to come on this platform and complain. Can someone please do their job and ensure that this does not happen again! I am so tired of complaining about the same thing :(
