funeral policy ****

Good day, I had an interview with one of the forensics (can't remember his name), in April the 4th if I'm not mistaken. Some lady Beverly Britz had a funeral policy for my sister Dominique Van Staden, I was not even aware that she had a funeral policy. Shes no family member of us and I didn't even give her the ID document of my late sister. i am the only living sibling of Dominique. i didn't even give this lady the documents to claim but trust me she claimed. The reason the bank to send they forensic to me was because they smelled a rat. but now they come back with feedback or none whatsoever. People take out funeral policies for other people to enriched themselves not because they want to assist the family , no just to make money out of it. it will be nice to know that the back didn't give them the money because they claim a day before the funeral that should tell you a lot. they gaining from other people pain and that's so inhuman. I would like to know how the case was resolved?
