Funeral policy claim declined

Unremorseful bank, after banking with FNB for over 17 years and was even employed by FNB for 10 years. I have a 2 funeral policies for over 7 years one of the family members on policy 6 months waiting for natural causes was left with 2 days and claim was declined. Tomorrow I will be closing all my accounts, investments , everything. Never thought FNB would be so cruel after convincing so many people to join this bank.
