Funeral policy Canceled by FNB

I am so sad to write this. I took out a funeral policy with FNB and today when checking on my app I noticed that it has been CANCELED. I don't know how or by who. Now you will fix this and make me understand how did that happen because I only increased my policy which happened to ne telephonically. If you fail to fix this please repay me all the months which I have been paying for that funeral policy or reinstate it with no waiting period as I have past that stage. Or we can take it to the ombudsman to be handled. SORT THIS OUT because its a **** what you are doing.
