Funeral policy and branch manager

After my last complaint I posted about FNB marble hall regarding a funeral policy. Well, the branch manager managed to contact me within 48, and politely assured me that they have cancelled it as per my request and he also apologised for everything. Thanks hellopeter and thanks to you (Gladi🤔
