funeral policy
my policy did not deducted lastmonth september and i went into the branch for them to take the premium as i still had cash in my account but they never did and i asked if they have an account where i can deposit into they said no i should wait by the 1st of October the premium will go off till today no premuim went off and i told the consultant that i dont want any double deduction on my account as december is approaching and they assured me that by the 1st of october premium will go off and it didnt i wont be paying double as i have expenses please resolve this .

24 Oct 2023, 07:58Good Day, ive sent through my bank statement as proof via email and im getting paid on the 25th im not going to pay double premium and no one has got back to me the service with FNB is very poor you guys dont care aslong you get the money what about your customers? ive sent bank statement friday already no feedback from the fnblife this is pathetic
