Funeral Policies

<p>The worst</p> <p>Unsympathetic people ever</p> <p> </p> <p>My aunty has passed away on the 16 july 2017</p> <p>we are yet to recieve a death certificate or deaseased stamp on her ID as it has just happened a few hours ago</p> <p> </p> <p>She has a funeral policy with Fnb and i have spoken to 6 different people today including a supervisor all we wanted to know was what she was covered for (cover amount)</p> <p> </p> <p>All 6 people have told me different stories</p> <p> </p> <p>telling me they can not tell me what she was covered for because they dont know if she is still living i mean really you want to speak to a deseased person </p> <p>then they tell me they cant tell me because they could tell me one then and then the claim is rejected or they dont pay the same amount (not to mention she told me that policy was up to date just before that) so how would she be covered for one amount and you pay out a different amount?</p> <p> </p> <p>Then they tell me the beneficiary must phone me being a third party they cant tell me anything , the beneficiary which is her husband phoned and they still wont give him any information</p> <p> </p> <p>i phone again speaking to someone else AGAIN they tell me he must have failed the security questions (which they didnt ask him) so i asked what questions are they if the main member is deseased how would he know what to answer if he did answer any at all , she tells me its questions about himself (so if they asked questions about himself how did he fail the questions)</p> <p> </p> <p>then they tell me to go into the branch with a copy of her ID and details they will give me information , now someone tells me that they wont even give it to me then so how the HELL do you expect me to get anywhere with anything if everyone comes with different stories and procedures</p> <p> </p> <p>not to mention we dont know how much the funeral will cost and a death certificate according to them takes 24 hours and a claim pay out another 24 hours so when do we get to know the truth and when do we get to bury our loved one !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
