Funeral cover not processed by FNB

Funeral Policy, we are currently in the process of laying my brother to his final resting place, this is a very stress time for us as a family, as we need to make arr for the burial, everything is on hold due to FNB not wanting to process the claim, I took this funeral cover knowing that when the time comes we will be rest assured that we will be covered.
