FUNERAL COVER

I have a funeral cover with FNB, I have been trying to update my banking details for over a month. Their call center number just rings. Previously, they explained because there is a track on the account they will not be able to update and I must call back. I have been calling since (no answer). My policy is lapsing very soon!
