Funeral Cover canceled for no reason.

Hi my name is Theodorah Lesedi Webb , I have a policy with FNB which is unfortunately being canceled without my knowledge and I have never missed any premiums on this policy I made sure that the policy collects the premiums each month , my policy number it is as follows F***8 , I have called them and they only told me they are not sure as to why my policy(Funeral Cover) is canceled I need answer and I need assistance from them to reinstate my cover. This is by far the worst expirience I've ever encountered with Firat National Bank and it is very stressful to me because I have covered my family on this Insurance, what if something happens to them now while FNB is pulling this stressful act to me
