Funeral Claim

In my years of Banking with FNB I have never been so disappointed in them, more so with they claims Department. I submitted a funeral claim for my deceased grandmother and was advised that the turn around time is 24 hours for the pay out . It is now Monday close of business and I still have not heard anything from them. WHAT FUSTRATES me even more is that I am the one who is continuously calling them and asking for feedback with regards to the claim and all I get is the Claim is sitting with the Managers.

The disrespect to both me my late Grandmother who is still at the Mortuary is appauling. Please allow to mourn my grandmother. I already have so much on my plate

You guys really need to do better.
