Funeral claim

I submitted a funeral claim on the 23rd, till today claim hasn’t been processed, contacted fnb life I was told that the matter was escalated. This is so frustrating, I was told that the claim takes 48 hrs, claim was submitted on the 23rd today it’s the 28th, I contacted fnb again this morning, claim has not been processed, this is totally unacceptable.
