Funds withheld with no reason

My check account was brought to a zero rand balance with no notice. When I called I was told that the money is withheld with no reason given.

In this economic climate, FNB you cannot be messing up basic admin. You are costing us time we don't have and money that we desperately need.

May I get the money back into my account.
