Transfer lodged of the sale of my prop 17 Aug, a DEBIT ORDER ran 25 Aug taking off AN ADDTIONAL repayment. FNB refuses to REFUND ME, says it takes 40 DAYS because I (THE DEBIT ORDER HOLDER) will dispute the debit order. MY NEW new bond registered 5 Sept with FNB who STILL REFUSES to transfer the FUNDS THEY ARE HOLDING ********LY into my new BOND aco**** who is ALSO WITH FNB. FUNDS WITHHELD ********LY, the rewared for being a loyal customer? I dont UNDERSTAND, have spoken to multiple staff members, NOTHING. the 40 days have passed and MY FUNDS ARE NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. ******* ?
