Funds unfairly frozen

I have a bank balance which was available in the morning but in the evening it was unavaible. No communication and system is unavaible.

Good day First National Bank

An apology will not feed the animals I keep here, nor the people who are financially dependent on me.

Though your promises through countless SMSs are noted, they'll be appreciated once my funds are released as a matter of urgency.

I need to do my shopping today and tomorrow. I also need to call my suppliers to secure my stock. How do I do all of that without a cent in my name but your promises "to call you shortly".

After my Complaint ***NF yesterday morning I woke up to a negative available balance! How did it move from R0 to -R3800? And how did this R3800 reduce the positive available balance I had on the morning of 25 May 2020? This is Covid-19 time. A time during which no one should be forced to be where she doesnt want to be. Correct your skewed accounting!

One of SMSs at 7am - FNB :-) Insufficient Funds Alert: Acc..637654 To avoid unpaid debit orders please deposit R3846.88 cleared funds into Acc during branch hours today 27May.

However, you've already deducted this amount from the frozen funds which is a SARS refund for years 2016 - 2019. My tax number is a reference. You did not flag nor freeze it on 22 May, the day of the deposit. You also did not notify me of any suspected ***** on my part and I transacted as normal.

Should I send you my SARS statements? Or you're struggling to verify from SARS yòurself?

I want my money now.
