Funds Transfer Issues

I am beyond frustrated by the appalling service from fnb. My wife made a transaction from her fnb account to my fnb account on the 16th June 2023 which did not reflect on my banking app same time like it normally does. The transaction my wife made shows that it was processed on the 17th June 2023 but up till today I haven't received those funds. I have been trying to get assistance from the 17th June on Saturday but they're failing terribly to assist. Fnb to fnb transactions have never taken this long to reflect, can fnb come out and advise us what is going on.
