Funds stuck life stuck

I received funds from my attorneys that assisted me with my road accident fund claim last week on te 2nd and FNB froze my account in the 3rd. They sent an email requiring SOF and I emailed same day,the following day I called for a follow up and they required more documents which I did send.I had to spend a whole weekend without being able to access my funds and I keep going to the branch to do a follow up and everyday it is been escalted as they tell the consulants.I send the documents now they say they cant get hold of my attorney when all his details are on the documentsI sen***** really frustrating and it pains me that I have to do this ups and downs everyday to run to Fnb as if I stole thes money.
