Funds still not credited

On the 2nd of March funds came into the country for me from a friend in Belgium to the amount of R16 421,19. I received a call enquiring nature and source of funds which I provided.Person on the line advised that since its my first transfer from this sender and the reference used is questionable then she has to enquire with remitting bank and she will call me back. I followed up earlier this week as no one had contacted me and she sounded like she still had to do the enquiry she had said she was going to do.I had to explain everything again.She said they will get back to me.It is now the 11th of March and funds are still not credited and no one has contacted me.In the meantime I have received other 2 transfers that I had been waiting for and those were credited with no issues.They are even larger amounts than the R16 421.I have been a client with FNB for over 12 years.If there was issues with the transfer and you need the funds back you would get it.All my life is at FNB.Home, Car, Investment, everything.I want the funds credited before end of today.
