Funds reversed after my mistake

I would like to compliment FNB on their service in being able to refund me for a huge mistake that I had made. Recently I accidentally transferred what should have been money for my home loan into a different loan account. I will not say the the process was easy and that I was calm the entire time but after lots of calls and emails, the funds were paid back and I was able to pay my home loan. Thanks FNB, a mistake like this could've set me back a long way financially.
