Funds reserved with no explanations or correspondence.

I have been an FNB customer for many years and this past weeks experience is appalling. They reserve my payout from SARS without any notice or correspondence to me. They then release my funds after 48hrs only to have another reserve placed on my funds after 48hrs. Only when I call to query do I get told that I have to contact SARS. SARS confirm all in order. Even visited a branch for assistance and still was not given any concrete answers. Now FNB cannot provide me with a way forward or a department or contact person that can assist. 10 days later and still no were near getting my money back in my account , having clear correspondence or feedback from anyone at FNB. Really considering moving all my products I have with FNB to another provider.
