Funds reserved for uber order have not be reversed

I ordered food on uber eats, the funds were debited from my bank account but uber eats said there was an issue with the payment and the order went through. I failed a complaint with uber and they advised that they did not take/receive the funds and that my bank put a hold on my funds and should refund it. This was 7-8 days ago
