Funds reserved, but swipe not successful 2 time!!!

Purchased fuel on Monday afternoon, slip shows not approved but funds have now been reserved on my card for 3 days, no reversal. Garage was not yet credited and funds still on reserved on my account but not yet gone through. <br> Phoned the FNB Call Centre Authorisations this morning, call centre agent sings same tune over and over and not able to assist. Said her team leader will phone my...that was 9:40 this morning and he would have phoned back shortly. NO call as yet. <br> This is now the 2nd time in 3 months this is a problem!!! Call centre agent says on the system the transaction is successful but the merchant has not been credited and the merchant has not received funds and as said it is still on reserved.<br> The same problem was sorted out quick after a huge complaint in November 2015, but this agent that helped me this morning seems less than helpful. <br> I want the funds released ASAP as I have to go and Pay again, but only after it has been released back into my card. <br> This is highly embarrassing!!!!<br> I have a platinum card and the call centre for platinum is supposed to be \so\" much better...it is the same pathetic service! Will downgrade back to same service. Sort out this mess"
