Funds out of Account with no explanation

Yesterday I got a sms saying that R870 was taken off my personal cheque account to pay FNB Credit Card!! Firstly I dont have a FNB Credit Card, so I went into the bank in White River to query this, the lady helping me was very patient and helpful her name was Virginia Molumane, she really went out of her way and she waited 45min for a telephone call to the customer care to be answered, she was told I last paid in 2008 and was under debt revue, they gave my previous surname and an incorrect address! I have NEVER being under debt revue and 7 years later they just take an amount off as they please!! For what, I have asked for proof of statements for when and how and for what I bought, I currently have my business account with FNB since 2011 and never has anybody or anything ever being told or said to me about an outstanding Credit Card Account! I am still waiting for the statements that were going to be sent to me yesterday afternoon, this is totally unacceptable after 7 years money just gets taken off with no warning or explanation, I have been in contact with my Lawyer and am taking this matter further.
