funds not safe

<br> <br> I am greatly disappointed in a bank that i have used for donkey ears!<br> <br> My account was debitted twice for old mutual and Liberty both service providers have confirmed that they didnt send the instruction which then makes me wonder why FNB would run it. Further i am then expected to pay reversal fees??<br> <br> My account was also debited by some company called collectsaw which is not traceable. I cannot reverse it on my side nor can the bank how is that possible? Maybe i should cancel my relationship with you and move to your competitors<br> <br> My funds are not safe with you!<br>
