Funds not reflecting

I have had issues and wasting my airtime trying to call FNB the people on the app are the worst and useless and will tell you obvious things. No one is helping i want to mention their names from secure chat Sheena and Laurel from business banking. I have funds from Paypal and fnb is holding them and i found the information from Paypal with FNB i ended up nowhere and thats what i expected because everytime you try to contact this useless people from secure chat you end up nowhere instead of them escalating to relevant IT teams or something. PLEASE RELEASE MY FUNDS
