Funds missing in account and bad service!

I missed payment for my revolving credit facility in February and the funds were placed on hold in my account between 27th February to 15th March, when I received funds on the 16th the outstanding funds were processed and yet this month end I was debited twice, once to cover this outstanding amount that had already been paid!

I went through my transaction account with two different consultants to track the movement of funds from the time I missed the February payment to date, and both consultants can see that the funds are outstanding, but no one seems to investigate it. These missing funds do not reflect in the description of statements and transaction history, however the funds are missing! I have spoken to 4 different people from the revolving credit team, at least 3 of whom understand the problem but no solution has been provided. I am tired of having to explain myself to people, and them seeing that there's a problem somewhere, but no solution provided.

The second debit that was processed this month went unpaid, and now they have put a hold on the funds on my transaction account again. And there is currently no evidence of this hold on my transaction history or statements again. Which means I'm about to go through the same nonsense I have gone through so far.

As a private client, this is appalling service delivery! To think that I pay exorbitant fees to be a private client every month and to be treated like this is utter nonsense! My private banker has been on leave all week, and I have been calling the service suite to get assistance from other private bankers but no one takes my call. And when I do go through to the reception and leave a message, no one calls me back.

This is the second time i have had to complain about service delivery with fnb in the last month and I have had enough! I have had enough of this unfair treatment! I need someone to call me and resolve this revolving credit facility issue immediately, and someone needs to look into the service delivery of the private clients suite.

Can someone senior who understands the intricacies of both the revolver and the transaction account please look into this and resolve it quickly. I have had enough of wasting my airtime and work time speaking to consultants and explaining things over and over with no resolution. Can someone please look into this immediately and provide me with feedback before the end of the week.

At this point I am ready to take this complaint further if nothing is done about it soon.
