FUNDS INCORRECTLY PAID BY FNB FROM MY ACCOUNT

On the 10th of Nov 2015 I went to FNB branch at Nelspruit to settle my loan. FNB linked the account correctly and incorrectly paid R19497.99 to the wrong recipient and they couldn't reverse it. They told me to wait for 21 days of which I refused and after spending the whole day at the bank, they decided to refund me. They told me that they will take the reversal from the wrong recipient. I got paid this morning and I cant access my money because my account is on hold and I was not aware.
