Funds in and Out

I am existing FNB account holder and I had suspicious payments coming in and out of my account from the 16th November 2015. I called FNB on the 17th November *** and the consultant couldn't see what's going on my account and promised that I will get a call. There's been problem on my account with R301.07 Ref *** on my account & 17th November and Today the 18th November now says R301.07 paid from my account @EFT can you urgently advise what's going on with my account as I am now getting confused about this R301.07 coming in and out of my account????
