Funds hanging somewhere

On the 13th April we went to FNB vosloorus because we wanted to close the joint church account that we had. We requested that the available funds on that account be transferred to another FNB account. Account was close and funds were transferred however I was told that the account which funds were supposed to be transferred to was closed/blocked. They went and fixed the account and I went back to the bank to tell them that funds can now be transferred and the account is now active. Funds are still not transferred and they are taking me from pillar to post telling me they are still investigating, it's almost 6 months now and the money is still hanging somewhere. I went to FNB Mall of Africa more than a month ago and I spoke to Garnet who told me that they will investigate and come back to me, Im still waiting and she is not even responding to my emails
