Funds For Women Stokvel and FNB unable to release our funds

I am absolutely disappointed by service which one of the signatories is claiming that she’s been getting from FNB….I joined Stokvel called FUNDS FOR WOMEN (FFW)…been paying money into the FNB account for over 2years…due to COVID , I’ve withdrawn from the Stokvel and I’ve been waiting for my refund since Jan 2020. I have been liaising with Bandy (Salu) Yekela who is the founder and one of the signatories of the account.To date she is claiming that FNB has been cause of us not getting back our monies…She had mentioned to us that she has been liaising with Mr Sfiso Nkosi who is the Head of Stokvels and Mr Nkosi has been unable to resolve the matter…She says they were advised to opened a wrong account from the beginning…I cannot believe that FNB can really employ staff who are ***********.

Miss Yekela is also claiming that she has been at the branch several times to sign different documents and still no joy.

I am not the signatory of the account in question but I am affected because I have invested money into the initiative.
