Funds deducted ..not accounted for

I switched to FNB in October last year . Their fees are exhorbitant . Also I had money deducted from my account which Items paid but no funds ..I do not understand !! FNB please explain . Also been charged a withdrawal fees of R23.50 for withdrawing from a non FNB ATM ..but there is no record of me withdrawing on my statement . FNB please rectify . Is this a **** !! I need answers
